Scholarship is a top priority to all Delta Zetas at the University of South Carolina - as evident by the 58 sisters who received 5.0s this past semester! Our chapter's academic successes makes it hard to pick just one scholarly sister to highlight for February's Month of the Scholar, so we'll just start off with Kristen Arnall...
Kristen Arnall is a McKissick scholar majoring in early childhood education. She loves her major and says that she cannot imagine doing anything else. The rest of Beta Delta agrees. Kristen has all the attributes needed to be the perfect elementary school teacher -- patience, understanding, kindness, organization, and unlimited positivity and energy! She cannot wait to begin working in a school full-time after she graduates this May! Kristen was a recipient of the Highest Initiate GPA award at Region Day. She has also been on the Dean's List each semester of her college career. Kristen has a 4.0 GPA in her major and 3.972 GPA overall. In addition to academic success, Kristen has selflessly served our chapter as Vice President of Programs and Panhellenic Delegate. Thanks for all you do, Kristen!
